What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement creative social media strategies to boost engagement, reach, leads, and views across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule compelling, on-brand content, including posts, reels, and stories that resonate with target audiences.
Brainstorm and execute innovative ideas to enhance organic social media performance.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and recommend improvements.
Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and impactful.
Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages.
Collaborate with our team from 9 AM to 5 PM EST to align strategies and maintain seamless communication.
What You Bring:
A proven ability to manage and grow social media accounts for businesses (portfolio or examples required).
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
Exceptional communication skills.
A creative eye for design and the ability to craft visually appealing content that aligns with brand identity.
Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and provide actionable insights.
Proactive and resourceful mindset, with a passion for driving results through organic strategies.
