Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads using tools and/or platforms to build a robust pipeline.
Cold Outreach: Conduct outreach via email, calls, and social media to qualify leads and initiate conversations.
Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and meetings between prospects and our sales team to move them further down the sales funnel.
Qualification: Assess leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile (ICP) and understand their needs before passing them to sales.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and collaborate on strategies to improve results.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data in our CRM (Salesforce) and ensure all interactions are logged and tracked effectively.
Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to help improve outreach and messaging.
Proven experience in lead generation or sales development, preferably in a marketing, SaaS, or B2B environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects through email, calls, and social media.
Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.
A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
