We’re a fast-growing, full-service marketing agency looking for a Technical SEO Specialist with Web Development capabilities to support both internal infrastructure and client SEO fixes. This role is perfect for someone who understands how SEO, development, and user experience work together to improve rankings and create high-performing websites.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Technical SEO Tasks (Primary Focus).
Fix broken or non-functioning client pages.
Resolve technical SEO issues impacting crawlability or site health.
Implement metadata, schema markup, redirects, internal linking, and on-page SEO updates.
Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical performance.
Troubleshoot errors related to indexing, tracking, or site structure.
Update and optimize client website pages using SEO recommendations.
Internal Web Development Work (Secondary Focus)
Build and improve internal landing pages, funnels, and microsites
Maintain and update the 8 Limbs Creative website
Implement internal trackers, scripts, dashboards, and automations
Convert Figma/Canva designs into responsive, high-quality web pages
Optimize internal pages for UX, speed, and SEO
Assist with tracking setup, analytics, and A/B test configuration
What You Bring:
Proven experience in technical SEO and site optimization (portfolio required).
Strong web development skills.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript required.
Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or GoHighLevel.
Ability to diagnose issues and implement fixes (not just give recommendations).
Experience improving site structure, schema, metadata, redirects, and crawlability.
Strong understanding of speed optimization & Core Web Vitals.
Fast turnaround times and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Bonus: Experience with Search Atlas.
